PART-TIME DENTAL CLINIC RECEPTIONIST

Locations: Sengkang and Yishun
Hourly Rate: $10–$13 per hour, depending on experience and competency
Working Days: Weekday and weekend shifts
Working Hours: 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to patients professionally and courteously
• Handle appointments, enquiries, registration and payment collection
• Answer telephone calls and respond to WhatsApp messages
• Maintain accurate patient and appointment records
• Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception and clinical areas
• Assist with basic clinic duties, including cleaning and sterilising dental instruments
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the clinic

Requirements

• Responsible, punctual and reliable
• Friendly, professional and comfortable communicating with patients
• Able to work both weekday and weekend shifts
• Able to travel between our Sengkang and Yishun clinics
• Comfortable handling reception, cleaning and basic clinic-support duties
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Dental or healthcare experience is preferred but not compulsory
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates
