About the role

Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers, Cell Leaders, and Operators to achieve company's KPI targets and objectives. Drive continuous improvement activities to achieve operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Focus on the daily KPI performance such as output, quality, cost, cycle-time and productivity

• Continually improve our processes and establish action plans to meet them

• Implement training programs to strengthen the skillsets and capability of the team

• Ensure Cleanroom cleanliness, good housekeeping, and operator discipline in the line

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma with min 5 years of production management experience

• Good communication skills
