Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily school operations, scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and coordination of events, programmes, examinations, and meetings.

• Monitor and report facility defects, feedback, and operational disruptions.

• Support the supervision of contractors and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure improvements.

• Conduct routine inspections of school facilities, including classrooms, playgrounds, Science Laboratories, and AVA rooms, to ensure cleanliness and safety.

• Coordinate with Operations Support Officers (OSOs) on cleaning schedules and asset maintenance.

• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders on operational matters.

• Assist with procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of school supplies and equipment.

• Support school safety and security protocols, including pupil arrival and dismissal arrangements.

• Maintain accurate asset records, administrative documents, and renovation project records.

• Undertake any other duties assigned by the VPA or OM.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or estate management.

• Experience in administrative and operations roles; school or child-centric environment experience is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and general computer applications.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and vendor coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and respond calmly to operational issues.

• Collaborative team player with a patient and nurturing disposition.

• Comfortable working under a dual reporting structure.

• Fire Safety Manager (FSM) or Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) certification is an added advantage.
