Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Technical Support Senior Engineer (DTE)
to provide dedicated support for enterprise banking customers in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for Tier 2/3 support, troubleshooting, and maintaining mission-critical Avaya Unified Communications and Contact Center environments.
Requirements
Experience
Minimum
4 years of experience
in Tier 2/3 Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center engineering.
Experience supporting Banking or Financial Services environments is preferred.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex telephony and contact center issues.

Certifications
ACSS (Avaya Certified Support Specialist), ACIS (Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist), or equivalent telephony/UC certifications preferred.
Preferred
Experience supporting large enterprise or Tier-1 banking environments.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing support environment.
