Job Summary
Perform administrative and coordination duties to support sales and logistics teams, ensuring accurate documentation, pricing updates, and communication with suppliers and agents.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emails promptly and copy the General Manager to ensure clear communication
- Verify and record invoiced pricing from suppliers to maintain accurate cost tracking
- Update internal and supplier purchase records to reflect current transactions
- Scan, upload, and create documents to support operational workflows
- Coordinate with local agents for order placements and collections to ensure timely delivery
- Update pricing and price lists as needed to maintain accurate sales information
- Maintain customer listings and track monthly purchases and expenses for reporting
- Submit invoices and assist with inventory management to support financial accuracy
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support team operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Polytechnic or local/overseas university education
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin for workplace coordination
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Email, Outlook, and Google Drive
- Positive working attitude with willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome
- Suitable for candidates aged 20s to 50s
Pay: $2,600.00 - $2,800.00 per month
