The Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will take a proactive approach to bridging marketing innovation with operational and leasing support—planning exciting campaigns, managing our digital presence, and proactively assisting the Leasing Team to help fill our modern lodge with happy, long-term community members.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline

·         At least two years of relevant experience in digital and creative marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry or a related sector

·         Proficiency in managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook

·         Experience with WordPress, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator is an advantage

·         Familiarity with photo, graphic design, and video-editing software

·         A strong interest in developing knowledge of the aviation industry and leasing management

·         A proactive, self-motivated team player with a strong willingness to learn

·         Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

·         Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin

·         Willingness to provide administrative and operational support to the Leasing Team as required
