Job Description:

• Source and identify relevant KOLs, influencers, and content creators in Malaysia.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and agencies.
• Manage KOL collaborations, including negotiation, campaign coordination, and content delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve results.
• Conduct market research and explore new KOL partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Business Development, or Digital Marketing.
• Good understanding of the Malaysia KOL/influencer landscape, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, e-commerce, or livestreaming is a plus.
