We are looking for a Customer Service Support (Order Management) professional to join our Customer Service team in Malaysia and support smooth and accurate order fulfilment for our customers. In this role, you will manage customer orders, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and meet customer requirements. This is a great opportunity to develop your customer service and order management skills while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders accurately and within the required timeline
• Review order details, including part numbers, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements
• Provide timely order confirmations and updates to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, quotes, complaints, RMAs, and delivery status
• Communicate with customers to clarify and resolve order discrepancies or changes
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Warehouse, Production, and Quality teams to support on-time order fulfilment
• Monitor order progress and proactively communicate delays or changes to customers
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and transaction records
• Follow up on customer issues until they are fully resolved and provide a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma equivalent qualification; relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Administration, or Supply Chain is preferred
• At least 5 – 8 years’ experience in order processing, order entry, customer service, or sales support
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with part numbers, product information, and manufacturing processes
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with a strong sense of ownership
