Job Summary

Set objectives and organize workflow to lead production teams effectively

Monitor output quality, ensure maintenance and safety compliance, and report performance while coaching and training employees to improve efficiency and uphold company standards

Responsibilities

Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to employees to align team efforts

Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules to optimize productivity

Oversee and coach employees to enhance their performance and skill development

Ensure regular maintenance of equipment and facilities to prevent downtime and maintain operational efficiency

Check production output against specifications to guarantee product quality and consistency

Submit detailed reports on team performance and progress to support management decisions

Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest actionable improvements to increase productivity

Train new employees on safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance

Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
