We’re Hiring | HR & Admin Executive (Mandarin speaking)

Vivo Malaysia is looking for an HR & Admin Executive to join our team at PFFC, Puchong.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support recruitment and hiring activities
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain HR records and staff information
• Support HR-related activities and daily operations
• Handle general administrative and office support

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in HR/Admin
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organised, proactive and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
