Responsibilities
Job Description
To assist Centre Manager/Principal in all administrative matters of the centre
To maintain and update all office records
To liaise with Centre Manager/Principal, Teachers, Parents and Regulatory bodies on enrolment, school fees and EC-related subsidy matters
To attend to telephone calls and walk-in enquiries
To assist in the ordering of office inventories
To deliver all other duties assigned by Centre Manager/Principal
To foster good working relationship with children, parents and colleagues
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE “O” Levels
Prior experience in a customer-oriented and front-desk working environment

Sunflower Childcare Group currently manages 32 child care centres, of which 23 childcare centres are appointed under the Partner Operator (POP) Scheme. Currently 14 Sunflower Centres are SPARK Certified.
