Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer, Quality Assurance to drive quality excellence within an ever-growing industry. This role is ideal for a quality professional with strong expertise in quality systems, process control, and problem-solving, who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

You will play a key role in supporting new product introductions, technology transfer activities, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives while contributing to the development and scale-up of new manufacturing capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Implement and maintain Quality and Environmental Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Coordinate quality assurance activities across departments and ensure effective resource planning.
• Lead quality assurance requirements for new product qualifications, including design reviews, control plans, and inspection strategies.
• Drive process control and continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Gage R&R.
• Manage internal, customer, and external audits while ensuring compliance with quality standards and requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis using 8D methodology and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance overall quality performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality culture and operational excellence across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Hands-on experience with quality tools including SPC, FMEA, MSA, and Gage R&R.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques, particularly Minitab and 8D methodology.
• ASQ CQE or Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work effectively across multiple priorities and teams.
