Betty And Wolff Design Hiring! Full Time Senior Quantity Surveyor in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 6,500 - Ricebowl

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support our Interior Design Consultancy and Design & Build projects from pre-contract through construction, final account and project close-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, BQs and project budgets
• Manage tender documentation, tender evaluation and commercial comparison
• Handle procurement, supplier/subcontractor sourcing and negotiations
• Prepare and administer LOAs, Purchase Orders, contracts and commercial documentation
• Evaluate progress claims, variations, payment certificates and final accounts
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, profitability and commercial risks
• Coordinate closely with Designers, Project Managers, Site Teams, contractors, suppliers and clients
• Conduct site visits for valuation, cost verification and commercial matters
• Support value engineering and identify opportunities for cost optimisation
• Mentor and support junior QS/Procurement team members

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant QS experience within interior fit-out, construction or Design & Build
• Strong knowledge of costing, BQ, tendering, procurement, contracts, VO and claims
• Able to independently manage multiple projects and priorities
• Willing to travel and work outstation based on project requirements
• Good negotiation, commercial and analytical skills
• Able to manage projects independently and work closely with site and design teams
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in relevant QS and Microsoft Office applications

Location: Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
