JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Sales Support & Order Management

• Support sales order and contract processing in coordination with the sales manager
• Maintain accurate records of orders, delivery timelines, and pricing
• Liaise with overseas teams on product availability and order fulfillment
• Prepare customer quotations and relevant sales documents

2. Logistics & Documentation

• Coordinate with overseas team timely delivery and export documentation
• Ensure all export documents are correctly prepared and submitted
• Track shipments and proactively update customers on delivery status
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations across Asia markets

3. Customer Service & Coordination

• Act as a key support contact for customers and regional sales managers
• Handle day-to-day inquiries and customer feedback professionally
• Support planning for customer visits, samples, and trade events
• Assist in generating sales reports and tracking performance data

REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields
• 2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or export administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM, and ERP systems
• Strong English & Mandarin communication skills (written and spoken)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
