Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant graphic design experience; experience in events, retail, or IP projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of Canva, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual composition.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas into effective visual designs.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to support on-site event setups, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Strong interest in IP, K-pop, anime, gaming, and pop culture is an advantage.
• Candidates should be prepared to provide a portfolio showcasing their previous design work.

Job Scope

• Develop creative visual designs for Metapark’s IP pop-up stores, arcade spaces, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Create artwork for posters, banners, standees, signage, social media, merchandise, and other promotional materials.
• Adapt licensed IP assets according to brand and licensing guidelines.
• Develop visual concepts, layouts, and creative materials based on project requirements.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and digital assets for production and marketing use.
• Work closely with the marketing, event, and interior design teams to ensure consistent visual direction.
• Liaise with printers, vendors, and production teams when required.
• Support on-site design requirements during event setup and pop-up activations.
• Manage design files, artwork revisions, and project deadlines.
• Stay updated on current design, K-pop, pop culture, and social media trends to bring fresh creative ideas to projects.
