Job Responsibilities

• Execute account transactions within the required target timeframe.
• Verify and ensure bank accounts are properly configured and ready for business operations.
• Monitor account limits and balances to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and third parties to resolve customer-related issues.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, data integrity, and security standards.
• Complete daily reports, checklists, and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum High School qualification or above.
• Basic English communication skills (verbal, written, and reading).
• Mandarin speaking ability is required.
• Open to candidates from Accounting/Finance backgrounds with strong attention to detail.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in payment-related operations is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with typing speed of 35 WPM or above is preferred.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers.
• Willing to work night shifts, rotational shifts, and overtime when required.
• Must be able to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
• Own laptop/PC required during the probation period for Work From Home.
• After probation, employees will report to the office or company-provided hostel.
• Free hostel accommodation provided; living and working areas are separate.
• Shift preference: Morning / Night / Rotational.
