Graduate Trainee Program | October 2026 Intake

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Requirements:

• Minimum CGPA 2.00
• 27 years old and below
• Energetic and self-motivated
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced project environment

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

As a Graduate Trainee, you will be involved in:

• Assisting in the management and coordination of slope projects
• Supporting Senior Engineers and Project Coordinators in assigned projects
• Liaising with consultants, technical agencies and relevant authorities
• Monitoring site progress and ensuring works comply with approved designs and specifications
• Coordinating site activities with clients, construction coordinators and subcontractors
• Gaining practical exposure to real construction and engineering operations

YOUR 9-MONTH JOURNEY

1 Week — Soft Skills Training
Starting 12 October 2026

Develop essential workplace skills including communication, teamwork and professional development.

8 Months 3 Weeks — On-the-Job Training

Put your engineering knowledge into practice through hands-on project experience and exposure to real site operations.
