Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions

• Carry out quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications

• Review BOQ, drawings, and scope of works

• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations

• Prepare material and labour cost calculations

• Handle variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts

• Monitor project costs and budget

• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or related field

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience

• Experience in carpentry, joinery, interior fit-out, or renovation projects

• Experience in quantity take-off, costing, tendering, VO, progress claims, and final accounts

• Able to read and understand construction / carpentry drawings

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
