Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Plan project timelines, milestones, and resource needs to meet client expectations.
• Plan, execute and monitor software development sprints and scrum sessions.
• Coordinate internal teams to keep tasks on schedule and within scope.
• Track progress and project risks, and propose clear actions to keep projects on track.

Account & Client Success

• Own day to day client relationships, including regular check ins and expectation setting.
• Really understand client's needs, business processes and requirements. We do not want a project manager that just "manages project timeline". Understanding the client allows you to do a better job.
• Manage stakeholder communications, gather feedback, and translate it into concise action items.
• Drive client retention by ensuring delivery quality and responding promptly to support requests.
• Be the main contact point for clients to reach out for assistance.

Reporting & Improvement

• Prepare weekly status reports and project updates that highlight progress, roadblocks, outcomes and lessons learned.
• Suggest process improvements to make delivery smoother and reduce repetitive issues.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project or account management, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in the Education space (schools) is an added advantage.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Project Management, Account Management, Stakeholder Management, Customer Service.
• Familiarity with project tools, lingos and CRMs, and strong MS Office skills for reporting and planning.
• Understanding of Waterfall, Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who can simplify complex updates for clients and teams.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable prioritising multiple tasks in a team environment.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Keen eye for details, strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good general business knowledge.
