Position Title: Agent, Web Content Management

Job Description

We are seeking an Agent, Web Content Management to support the maintenance and operation of clients' web properties by ensuring accurate and timely web content updates. The successful candidate will execute assigned tasks, maintain high-quality standards, and collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Update and maintain clients' web properties in accordance with established procedures, work instructions, and schedules.

· Review, edit, and update website content, including text, images, links, and other digital assets to ensure accuracy and consistency.

· Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines while complying with operational procedures, quality standards, SLAs, and KPIs.

· Identify operational issues or discrepancies and promptly escalate them to the Supervisor.

· Perform quality checks on assigned work to ensure accuracy before completion.

· Maintain operational documentation and follow established workflows and guidelines.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on operational processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

· Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations and timely task completion.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

· At least 1 year of working experience in web content management, digital operations, BPO, customer support, or a related field is preferred.

· Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and service mindset.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently while following established procedures and collaborating effectively with the team.

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

· Willingness to ask questions, seek clarification, and escalate issues appropriately when needed.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
