Scope of Duty

• Work closely with the other departments and plan for long term, as well as short term goals, of the organization.
• Discuss each and every aspect of development plans with the top management.
• Promote and market the products and services of Smart Reader Worldwide Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries with special focus on Smart Reader Kids student’s enrolment.
• Act as consultant to the growth and development of the company businesses.
• Represent the company at different places such as conferences, meetings, seminars etc.
• Provide details related to expansion plans, the growth details, the future prospects and also currents of the company.
• Manage and oversee the operations of the assigned centres effectively.
• Train, guide and equip Smart Reader Kids principals and educators using business approach to carry out their job responsibilities.
• Delegate tasks, support/oversee completion of tasks and evaluate job performance of Smart Reader Kids principals and educators under the direct Management of Headquarters.
• Market, promote and oversee the enrolment of students at the Smart Reader Kids centres.
• Keep abreast of local and international franchised Smart Reader Kids, and Smart Reader Kids Plus Plus centres as to their growth, the implementation of the Smart Reader Creative Teaching Methodology and recommend effective management and marketing strategies.
• Be in charge of the set-up of the new local and international centres and to ensure that franchised centres are in full operation, have completed staff training and maintain good student enrolment.
• Encourage and motivate the educators to uphold quality and standards advocated by Smart Reader Worldwide Sdn Bhd.
• Go on the field to visit centres of all zones.
• Organise zone meetings together with Publicity Department or other related departments.
• Support Business Development Department.
• To encourage franchisees with full student enrolment to set up additional centres.
• Contribute to the establishment of a professional and effective franchises training unit.
• To carry out such duties and job functions which may be instructed from time to time by the Management or persons acting on behalf of the Management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
