Miramar Group Hiring! Full Time Manager - Planning and Control in Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Build sales and cost forecasting models using historical data to project customer counts, revenue, and profitability.

• Lead the integration and optimization of AI/data analytics systems to reduce manual errors and enhance operational data transparency.

• Review workflows, remove bottlenecks, shorten cycle times, and free up team focus for guest service improvement.

• Analyze consumer behavior, competitor pricing, and dish-level profitability to recommend menu prices that maximize margins.

• Implement cost management measures across food, labour, and overheads, monitoring variances and recommending corrective actions.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of F&B performance, including revenue streams, cost drivers, and profitability trends, to support strategic decision-making.

• Incorporate ESG considerations into procurement decisions, waste management practices, and supplier selection, aligning operations with sustainability goals.

• Optimize resource deployment for festive food and seasonal campaigns to improve return on investment and overall profit contribution.

• Work closely with Marketing, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to align planning initiatives with business objectives.

• Contribute to annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and cost targets.

• Partner with Chef-in-charges to analyze dish-level profitability and recommend menu adjustments to enhance margins.

• Stay updated on industry best practices in F&B planning and analytics, introducing new tools and methodologies to drive efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in F&B operations.

• Demonstrated experience in financial planning, cost control, data analytics, and P&L management, preferably within hospitality or restaurant groups.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

• Proficiency in Excel and familiar with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools.

• Experience in digital transformation and system enhancement projects is an advantage.
