Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and new product launches for assigned brands.
• Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and ensure projects are executed on time and within approved budgets.
• Execute and coordinate in-store activations, atrium events, roadshows, trade fairs, sampling activities and retail promotions.
• Manage end-to-end trade execution and POSM activities, including planning, production, deployment and retailer coordination.
• Work closely with suppliers, designers, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and track A&P budgets, promotional spending and campaign performance.
• Prepare brand performance reports, sales analysis, promotional reviews and market updates.
• Monitor project timelines, identify execution gaps and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Support the Business Manager in tracking key business priorities, promotional activities and assigned brand activities.
• Provide general marketing and operational support, including other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Business Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of marketing or trade marketing experience preferred.
• FMCG or retail experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to follow through on assigned tasks.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
