We're Hiring: Project Delivery Lead - Microsoft ERP!

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Delivery Lead to oversee the successful implementation of Microsoft ERP projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering complex ERP solutions on time and within budget.

What You'll Do:
️ Lead and manage end-to-end Microsoft ERP project deliveries
Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Communicate effectively with all levels to align expectations
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience leading Microsoft ERP projects

 Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft ERP solutions (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, or related ERP platforms)

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics suite (e.g. D365)

 Good understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations

 Ability to manage project planning, risks, budgets, resources, and client communications

 Experience leading onshore/offshore delivery teams and ensuring successful project outcomes
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope/budget
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
PMP or relevant certifications are a plus
