JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the Main Contractor and follow up on interim certificates and payment status.
• Prepare Letters of Award (LOA) and Interim Certificates for subcontractors.
• Assist in QS and contract administration works.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required deadlines.
• Monitoring construction site progress and liaise closely with site personnel.
• Assist with other related tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 1 or 2 year(s) of experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Willing to attend meetings when required.
• Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
