We represent a leading Malaysian telecommunications company offering nationwide mobile and digital services. They are hiring a Retail Sales in Kuala Lumpur to support store operations, assist customers, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help customers with mobile plans, devices, and broadband services.
• Promote products and achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Support and guide junior staff in daily operations.
• Manage registrations, renewals, and service upgrades.
• Stay updated on latest promotions and products.
• Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in sales, retail, or telco industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Welcome fresh graduate.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Sunday (Rotate Shift)
• 10:00AM - 10:00PM | 5 Working days a week.
