UI/UX Designer – 6+ Years Experience

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced *UI/UX Designer* with 6+ years of experience to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, design systems, and usability best practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead UI/UX design activities from concept to final implementation.

* Understand business requirements and translate them into effective user experiences.

* Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies.

* Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

* Design responsive web and mobile interfaces.

* Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.

* Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.

* Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

* Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.

* Identify UX issues and provide practical, user-centered solutions.

* Ensure consistency across products, platforms, and user journeys.

* Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design standards, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

* 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.

* Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile product design experience.

* Excellent knowledge of *Figma* and modern UI/UX design tools.

* Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability.

* Experience in wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and information architecture.

* Strong visual design skills including typography, spacing, color, grids, and responsive design.

* Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable components.

* Good understanding of responsive and cross-platform design.

* Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams.

* Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

* Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, HRTech, FinTech, or B2B applications.

* Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of frontend development.

* Experience with usability testing and analytics tools.

* Experience working with international or distributed teams.

* Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG guidelines.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
