Main purpose of the role

Build Greenmate’s digital brand presence and product awareness among agricultural dealers, distributors, commercial growers and plantation decision-makers by transforming technical agricultural knowledge into clear, engaging and commercially useful digital content.

The person should be a hands-on creator, not simply someone who coordinates agencies. 

We’re looking for someone who

• Has approximately 2–4 years of digital marketing/content experience.
• Can show us content and videos they’ve personally created.
• Is comfortable shooting and editing short-form videos.
• Understands social media beyond simply posting.
• Can use Canva and video-editing software such as CapCut/Premiere.
• Is curious and willing to learn about agriculture and plant nutrition.
• Can work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Is comfortable travelling to farms, plantations and customer locations to capture content.

Experience in agriculture is an advantage, but strong content creation and digital marketing ability is more important.

Portfolio required.

Digital Marketing & Content Executive

Greenmate is looking for a hands-on digital marketer and content creator to help us grow our brand within the agricultural industry.

We specialize in agricultural plant nutrition products serving agricultural dealers, growers and commercial plantations.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating — especially short-form video — and who can turn technical product information into simple, interesting and useful digital content.

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of Greenmate’s digital content and social-media presence, including:

• Plan and manage our monthly social-media content calendar.
• Create engaging 30–60 second videos for social media.
• Shoot and edit product demonstrations, field content, educational videos and customer stories.
• Visit farms, plantations, dealers, field trials and exhibitions to capture content.
• Create social graphics, carousels and other digital marketing materials.
• Write engaging captions and product content.
• Work with our technical and sales teams to turn agricultural knowledge into easy-to-understand content.
• Create digital marketing materials that our dealers and sales team can share with customers.
• Support paid digital campaigns and lead-generation activities.
• Monitor digital performance and identify what content works.
• Support other Greenmate marketing activities when required.
