Engineering Responsibilities

• Procurement & Sourcing: Process RFQs, source global manufacturers/suppliers, nego ate terms, and support PO placement. • Evalua on & Bidding: Review supplier quotes against specs, standards, and tes ng criteria, then prepare customer proposals and freight esmates. • Vendor & Order Management: Manage orders from PO to delivery, track milestones, and maintain supplier/client communica on. • Quality & Compliance: Coordinate technical documenta on (MTCs, datasheets, manuals) and oversee tes ng/inspec ons (FAT, hydrosta c, PMI). • Logis cs & Research: Manage shipping, customs, and freight, while conduc ng market research for specialized industrial products.

IT Responsibilities

• Helpdesk & User Support: Provide technical assistance for hardware, soware, OS, and network issues.

• Access & User Management: Manage user accounts, emails, permissions, and worksta on setups (M365, Google Workspace, Ac ve Directory).

• Systems & Network Maintenance: Maintain office Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls, and servers to ensure upme.

• Security & Backups: Execute cybersecurity protocols, system patching, and regular data backups/recovery tests.

• Asset & Vendor Management: Track IT assets and soware licenses, and manage rela onships with ISPs and tech vendors.
