Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Serai Group outlets, seasonal menus, and events.
• Manage content creation and posting across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Coordinate photoshoots, visual content, and promotional materials with internal teams and vendors.
• Monitor online engagement, respond to customer feedback, and track campaign performance.
• Assist in planning promotions, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
• Support event marketing, including product launches, festive promotions, and catering events.
• Prepare marketing reports and data insights on campaign outcomes and customer reach.
• Maintain consistent brand tone, visuals, and messaging across all marketing channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in marketing within hotel or food & beverage industry (preferred).
• Strong understanding of branding, social media marketing, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, or other digital marketing tools (an advantage).
• Must willing to travel in Klang Valley

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
