Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Discovery & Solution Design
- Partner with business teams to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for transformation.
- Translate business needs into solution concepts, product roadmaps and improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate opportunities based on business value, feasibility and organisational readiness.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, design thinking workshops and process improvement activities.
- Drive rapid experimentation through proof of concepts and MVPs to validate business value.
- Apply product management principles to prioritise opportunities and define success metrics.
- Gather user feedback and refine solutions to maximise business outcomes.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical applications to improve business performance.
- Build strong partnerships across business and technology teams.
- Present solution recommendations and business cases to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Champion adoption of new ways of working and support organisational change initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement.
Relevant Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Innovation, Business Analysis, Technology Consulting or related fields.
- Experience identifying business opportunities and translating them into technology-enabled solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of AI, automation and digital technologies, and their application to business transformation.
- Working knowledge of product management, data concepts and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in Product Management, Agile, Design Thinking, AI, Data Analytics or Cloud technologies are advantageous.
- Equivalent practical experience in Digital transformation, innovation or digital product management will also be considered.
