Job Description
Responsibilities
To operate the Project team to run the Piping and Steelprojects.
Monitoring the Fitting and welding of daily progress of projects.
Providing detailed updates to the Department Manager and Boss.
Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits.
Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access.
Planning meetings and organizing project logistics.
Know how to work out from the pipe and steel drawings on whatmaterials are needed for takeout.
Know how to prepare the costing sheets , manhours and tax invoices.
Performing billing and book keeping tasks.
Ordering necessary office supplies.
To calculate and estimate material and required labours for the projects excution.
Related Work experience is required.
