Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and network environments.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret error logs, and identify root causes.
• Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with healthcare providers and staff.
• Experience working in healthcare or other regulated environments, with an understanding of data privacy and security best practices, is beneficial.
• Relevant technical certifications or a diploma/degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, manage multiple service requests, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
