We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team. If you are confident on the phone, love talking to business owners, and enjoy closing deals, this is the perfect opportunity for you to earn a high income with fixed working hours!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive B2B cold calls to business decision-makers to uncover their needs.
• Generate, qualify, and diligently follow up on high-quality sales leads.
• Promote our services and tailor solutions to perfectly match client requirements.
• Maintain and track daily calling activities and lead records in the system to ensure KPIs are consistently met.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Brave, resilient, and not afraid of handling rejections.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to hit targets and earn incentives.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus.
