Your new role

As Country HR Director, you will lead the full spectrum of HR for a large and diverse workforce, partnering closely with senior business leaders to shape and execute the people strategy. This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for organisational effectiveness, employee relations, talent strategy, HR transformation initiatives, and succession planning across multiple business units.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HR functions within a large-scale multinational environment.

• Strong industrial relations and union management expertise, coupled with sound knowledge of employment legislation.
  
• Commercially astute HR leader with experience driving strategic change, organisational transformation, and business partnering.
