Job Summary

We are looking for a Cleaning Operations & Sales / Quality Control Specialist to join our fast-growing cleaning solutions crew, leading and managing cleaning teams to deliver high-quality service, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across multiple client sites.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage corporate decision-makers such as Facility Managers, Complex Managers, and Property Managers to develop business relationships
• Assess cleaning needs by visiting prospective worksites and commercial spaces to tailor service offerings
• Draft and present detailed commercial cleaning proposals with custom scopes of work and competitive pricing to secure contracts
• Manage client relationships by handling contract renewals and introducing value-added services to enhance customer satisfaction
• Conduct scheduled and unannounced site walk-throughs to verify cleaning work meets contract terms and quality standards
• Ensure service delivery complies with company policies, industry regulations, chemical safety protocols, and PPE requirements
• Collect and analyze client feedback to resolve quality issues and act as the client’s internal advocate for service improvements
• Document on-site observations and report cleaning deficiencies promptly to operations management for corrective action

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrated meticulousness in quality control and service delivery
• Customer-oriented approach to build trust and maintain client satisfaction
• Proven leadership skills to command, control, and motivate cleaning teams effectively
• Experience leading teams or managing personnel within the cleaning industry
• Relevant certifications in the cleaning field to ensure professional standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication to support operational reporting
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and clients

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Work at Height Certifications (not mandatory but advantageous)
• Familiarity with TMS tools and cleaning inspection software/apps to enhance operational efficiency
