Responsibilities
AWS / 13th Month Salary
Monthly Performance Bonus
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
No shift work No weekend work
Overtime payment according to applicable MOM regulations
On-the-job training provided
Overtime is required based on operational needs.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Product Process Assistant to support daily production and process operations. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a structured environment, with training provided.
Responsibilities
Execute daily operations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Support production, process handling, and basic testing activities
Monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
Identify and report process issues or operational delays
Assist in resolving issues and escalate where necessary
Maintain proper documentation and records of operations
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Work closely with team members to support smooth operations
Requirements
Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow procedures
Comfortable with hands-on work in a production or operations environment
Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, data entry)
