Description:

• Senior technical PM with strong experience delivering, Data Platforms , Metadata , Data Quality Data Governance, Data Sovereignty, DRA, or regulatory transformation programs.
• Able to independently lead early stage mobilization, scope definition, requirements baselining, and stakeholder alignment activities.
• Strong global stakeholder management skills across Business, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Data, and Technology teams.
• Hands-on capability to perform business analysis, facilitate workshops, document requirements, and produce delivery artefacts.
• Experience managing external counsel and translating legal/regulatory requirements into operational processes.
• Familiarity with corridor-based transfer risk assessment, data sovereignty controls, and cross-border data transfer governance.
• Proven ability to operate as a "player-coach", balancing senior project leadership with detailed execution.
• Banking or Financial Services experience strongly preferred.
