ICT Training & Support Executive

Salary: $3,300 – $3,500/month
Contract: 12 months (Jan–Dec 2027)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
(inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
No work on weekends and gazetted public holidays.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct ICT and digital skills training for users.
• Support digital tools, platforms and technology adoption.
• Prepare training materials and digital learning resources.
• Provide ICT, multimedia and audio-visual support.
• Assist with technology programmes, workshops and projects.
• Manage ICT equipment, inventory and procurement records.
• Support photography, videography, video editing and content creation.
• Assist with basic coding and digital technology activities.
• Perform related administrative and operational duties.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT, Digital Media, Multimedia, Education Technology or a related field.
• Relevant ICT training or technical support experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Google Workspace.
• Basic coding and multimedia skills are an advantage.
• Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and able to work with different stakeholders.

Working hours and duties may be adjusted according to operational requirements.
