Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales orders, quotations, invoices and related documents.
• Follow up with customers on orders, payments and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, logistics and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update customers on order status.
• Assist the sales team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up.
• Perform other duties related to sales coordination as required.

Requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service or FMCG/trading is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with SQL Accounting software

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
