Role Description

Overdott Sdn Bhd is looking for a multi-talented Brand Creative Designer to shape and elevate the visual identity of our growing perfume brand.

• Project & Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple design projects from concept to completion (including preparing files for digital publishing and print production) while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Visual Storytelling: Conceptualise, design, and produce high-quality, engaging visual content across both digital and print platforms (Instagram, TikTok, website, digital ads, and email newsletters).
• Campaign & Product Launches: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative 360-degree campaigns for new perfume launches, festive collections, brand activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Packaging & Merchandise Design: Create refined and visually compelling artwork for perfume bottles, boxes, labels, gift sets, paper bags, limited-edition merchandise, and other packaging that reflects an exclusive and luxurious identity.
• Retail & Event Creative Assets: Design physical marketing collaterals including point-of-sale displays (POSMs), banners, product displays, event backdrops, promotional materials, and outlet signage.
• Product Photo/Video Shoots: Assist with creative direction, photography/videography, styling, and photo editing for perfume products, campaign launches, and social media content.
• Brand Guardian: Maintain and elevate Overdott Sdn Bhd's brand guidelines, ensuring absolute consistency in typography, colour, and voice across all customer touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries.
• Trend-Spotting: Stay updated with the latest luxury, beauty, fragrance, design, pop culture, and social media trends, proactively suggesting fresh creative ideas to keep the brand relevant and distinctive.
• Perform any other reasonable creative, branding, or design-related duties assigned by the Company.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
