Job Summary

Support restaurant management in daily food and beverage operations, coordinating teams, maintaining service and quality standards, managing inventory, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Support the Director of Operations and management team in executing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence

Coordinate Front of House and Back of House activities to maintain smooth service flow and optimize guest experience

Monitor food quality, portion control, presentation, cleanliness, and guest service standards to uphold brand expectations

Assist with manpower deployment, staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift coordination to meet operational needs

Coach and support Team Members in service delivery, food preparation, hygiene, and operational procedures to enhance performance

Assist with inventory counts, stock control, ordering, and wastage monitoring to maintain accurate stock levels and reduce losses

Support compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction

Prepare operational reports and assist management with tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement

Support training, onboarding, and performance follow-up for Team Members to foster skill development and engagement

Assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness and adherence to standards

Comply with Chick-fil-A operating standards and Singapore laws and regulations to maintain legal and brand compliance

Perform other duties reasonably assigned by the Company to support overall restaurant operations
