Koike Agriculture Hiring! Full Time Account Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
• Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with audit and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on financial and compliance matters.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with SST, tax filing, and relevant accounting standards.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent).
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage due to business communication requirements.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SST and basic tax matters is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
