Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Management System Engineer - Mandarin Speaking to develop, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and supporting successful internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve QMS policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Organize and conduct internal audits and management reviews.
• Work with different departments to establish and optimize quality management processes.
• Coordinate external certification and third-party audits.
• Ensure continued compliance and validity of quality certifications.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Comply with company EHS policies and procedures and participate in relevant training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of QMS / Quality Management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Experience with AS9100D, IATF 16949, or other management systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Relevant Quality Assurance certifications are an added advantage.
• Mandarin proficiency is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and regional stakeholders.
• Excellent speaking and writing in English.
• Able to work at Serendah, Rawang.
