Job description:

Key Responsibilities (JD):

• Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and prices for cost optimization.
• Procurement Operations: Actively monitor, plan, and issue purchase orders (POs) for raw materials, services, or products to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate with transporters and forwarders for timely delivery of goods, ensuring adherence to shipping schedules.
• Documentation: Match invoices with POs, verify delivery documents, and coordinate with the accounts department for payment.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and material costs to identify opportunities for reducing procurement costs.
• Stock Planning: Analyze slow-moving items and support inventory clearance to minimize waste

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: Generally 1–3+ years in purchasing, procurement, or manufacturing environments. Finance knowledge will be advantage. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with a high level of integrity.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL).
• Knowledge: Familiarity with shipping documents, Incoterms, and inventory management practices (e.g., FIFO)

Work Location: In person

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
