Infrastructure Operations Engineer

I am working with one of our key partners here at RED Global who are looking for an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join a long term B2B contract. You will be providing L2/L3 operational support across endpoints, M365, collaboration tools, device lifecycle, compliance, patching, and remote support processes.

Role Details:

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 month contract (extensions highly likely)

Location: Fully Remote

Languages: English is a must Mandarin is a bonus

Skills required:

• Strong experience with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, endpoint compliance & lifecycle
• Solid M365 administration
• Scripting (PowerShell strongly preferred)
• Understanding of collaboration ecosystems & workflows
• Understanding of OS governance, endpoint security, baseline management
• Experience working in global or follow‑the‑sun environments preferred
