Responsibilities

• Support daily procurement operations and administrative activities.
• Assist in preparing purchase orders (POs) and procurement-related documents.
• Follow up with suppliers on quotations, deliveries, and other procurement matters.
• Coordinate incoming shipments with freight forwarders and track delivery schedules.
• Perform price comparisons, data entry, and inventory monitoring.
• Check supplier invoices for accuracy before processing.
• Support new supplier registration and maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Participate in procurement-related projects, prepare the internship report, and perform other duties assigned by the Procurement team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
• Procurement
• Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Business Administration
• Finance
• Mathematics
• Or other related disciplines
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
