Responsibility

• Handle daily warehouse documentation and data entry.
• Receive, verify, record, and process incoming and outgoing goods.
• Prepare delivery orders, GRN, invoices, picking lists, and related documents.
• Update inventory and stock movement records in the system.
• Check stock availability and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and drivers on deliveries and stock matters.
• Ensure goods are properly labelled, prepared, and loaded accurately.
• Assist with stock checking and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain proper filing of warehouse records and documents.
• Support daily warehouse operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any relevant field.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or administration is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Familiar with computerized systems.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Able to withstand cold temperature

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
