Responsibilities
Responsibilities
System Design and Architecture:
Collaborate with clients to understand business and technical requirements.
Develop comprehensive network, storage, and compute solutions.
Create detailed design documents and architecture diagrams.
Implementation and Deployment:
Deploy and configure hardware, software, servers, storage, and networking equipment according to specifications, timeline, and budget.
System Administration and Maintenance:
Perform system maintenance, updates, performance monitoring, issue troubleshooting, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
Network Management:
Design, implement, configure, and troubleshoot secure network infrastructures (firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points).
Security Management:
Implement security measures, conduct regular security audits/vulnerability assessments, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Client Support and Collaboration:
Provide technical troubleshooting support, collaborate with client IT teams, and conduct training/documentation.
Project Management:
Oversee infrastructure projects end-to-end, coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors, and report progress to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
Stay current on industry trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance infrastructure.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (a plus, but not strictly required).
Professional Certifications:
Cisco: CCNA or CCNP
Microsoft: Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
CompTIA: Network+ and Security+
VMware: VCP
AWS: AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Security: CISSP
Technical Skills & Experience:
Network Administration (routers, switches, firewalls)
Server Management (Windows and Linux)
Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Storage Solutions (SAN, NAS)
Security Practices (VPNs, IDS/IPS, security protocols)
Scripting & Automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
Soft Skills:
Problem-solving abilities, communication skills, project management, and team collaboration.
Professional Experience:
3–5 years in IT infrastructure roles (preferably within a system integrator setting).
Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing complex infrastructure projects while working directly with clients.

Adaptability to emerging tools, keen attention to detail, and proactive commitment to continuous improvement.
