Reception and Administration Support:

Job Scope:

• Provide professional front desk and customer service support tovisitors, parents, students, and staff.

• Manage calls, emails, reception, mail, courier services, anddeliveries.

• Maintain student, parent, and staff records, filing systems, andadministrative documents.

• Assist students requiring basic support, including basic first aidand contacting parents when necessary.

• Support student registration, enrolment, forms, and applications.

• Coordinate meeting room and bus bookings.

• Manage supplies, stationery, uniforms, first aid items, pantrysupplies, and inventory.

• Support school events, meetings, and programmes.

• Monitor visitor registration and entry/exit procedures and reportsecurity or safety concerns.

• Liaise with vendors, contractors, teachers, department heads, andschool leaders.

• Coordinate printing requests, delivery verification, anddistribution of materials.

• Perform data entry, basic reporting, surveys, and administrativeprojects.

• Carry out other duties assigned by the School Leader orOperations/Administration Manager.

Qualification:

• GCE 'O' Level, relevant Office Skills Certificate, or equivalent qualification.

• Shall have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a receptionist or in afront desk/administrative support role, preferably in a school or educationalinstitution.

• Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and the use of IT systems.

• Must possess a valid Standard First Aid Certificate at the time of appointment,or obtain the certification no later than one month before the commencement oftheir appointment.

ContractPeriod :From 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027

Optionto Extend :From 1 Jan 2028 to 31 Dec 2028

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break

• Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
